Hi! My name is Natalya Leone and I am the founder of Leone Lactation LLC.
I am a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and registered nurse with nearly a decade of experience in healthcare. My path to lactation work began not in a classroom, but in my own home during a time when feeding my son felt overwhelming, isolating, and far more difficult than I ever expected.
During that season, I worked closely with two IBCLCs whose support profoundly changed my feeding journey. Their knowledge, compassion, and reassurance made a lasting impact, not only on how I fed my baby, but on how I felt as a parent. That experience inspired me to become an IBCLC myself, so I could offer the same kind of meaningful, life-changing support to other families.
My approach to care is rooted in collaboration, respect, and empowerment. I believe there is no single “right” way to feed a baby, only what works best for your family. My passion lies in identifying each family’s unique feeding goals and creating a customized, realistic plan to help achieve them. Together, we will build a mutually beneficial care plan that supports both infant health and parental confidence.

Billing
We will submit claims to your in-network insurer when applicable. Please bring your insurance card to your first visit so we can verify benefits and coverage.
Co-pays & Deductibles
Any applicable co-pay or deductible is the responsibility of the client at the time of service. We will estimate your out-of-pocket cost after benefits are verified.
